2026 Mental Health Month Ambassadors

A Wayahead Mental Health Month ambassador is someone who uses their lived experiences to help shape the way mental health is talked about and understood across NSW. As part of this effort, our ambassadors share real stories, challenge stigma, encourage people to seek help for their wellbeing and bring community voices into Mental Health Month activities and messaging.

Being a Wayahead ambassador reflects a connection to our values – elevating lived experience, empowerment, and a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. It’s not about having all the answers, but about a willingness to learn, speak up, and help others feel less alone.
