Celebrate Mental Health Month at the 2026 Northern Beaches Mental Health Expo: A Little Connection Goes a Long Way.

This free event will be held at the North Narrabeen Reserve – Pittwater Rugby Park, adjacent to Farmers Market.

The Expo will run from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Meet local mental health services & community groups and enjoy a free program of wellness activities such as:

– Drumming circle
– Face painting
– Live music
– Arts & craft
– Games
– Treasure hunt
