Towards Real Connection is a Korean community mental health seminar exploring how genuine relationships and community connection can support our mental wellbeing — and where to turn when we need a little extra help.
Join psychologists Dr Jung Sook Kim and Hee Kyung Kim for an accessible and practical conversation about connection, wellbeing, and mental health support available in Sydney.
The seminar will cover:
- The Power of Connection — why meaningful human relationships matter for our wellbeing
- Finding Support in Our Community — how to access mental health and community support services in Sydney
- Q&A — an opportunity to ask questions and connect
No prior knowledge is needed. Whether you are simply curious about mental wellbeing, looking for support for yourself or someone you care about, or would like to feel more connected to your community, you are warmly welcome.
