Resource Orders

Each year we design a range of Mental Health Month (MHM) resources featuring the theme to help you promote positive mental health messages and can be used in a range of settings, like a MHM activity or event.

This year, we have created a range of 11 Mental Health Month resources designed to help spark conversations around this year’s theme, “A Little Connection Goes a Long Way”, and to highlight the importance of mental health within communities across NSW.

Of these, 7 resources are available to order directly through this page, while additional downloadable resources will be available separately on our website. The orderable collection includes display posters, interactive worksheets, practical guides, and other tools designed to encourage reflection, connection, and meaningful action throughout Mental Health Month.

Resource Visuals

The visual design of this year’s resources is inspired by a mosaic and pathway, reflecting the theme “A Little Connection Goes a Long Way.” Like mosaic tiles, which vary in shape, size, and colour, people’s experiences of mental health and connection are not all the same – each one is unique, yet contributes to a larger, shared picture. Together, these small, individual moments of connection build something stronger and more meaningful over time.

The pathway woven through the design represents the different journeys that people can take and how connection can grow and look like along the way. It reflects that connection is not a single moment, but something that develops over time through everyday actions. The varied icons within the tiles highlight that there is no single way to connect. Together, these elements illustrate the idea that connection is personal, diverse, and shaped by small actions that can have a lasting impact.
