This year our resources include

The 2025 Mental Health Month poster is available in four colours—blue, red, orange, and yellow—so you can choose the one that best suits your space or audience. Whether displayed at work, in schools, community centres, or at events, the poster helps promote mental health awareness and encourages open conversations.
This year also introduces our Mental Health Month mascots—designed to be a consistent and recognisable feature of the campaign as the theme evolves each year. These characters help create a friendly, approachable visual identity that supports engagement across a wide range of communities.
