The All of Me project is a youth-led theatre initiative developed by Byron Youth Theatre that combines an original 90-minute theatre production with interactive workshops to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 15–19. Responding to increasing experiences of loneliness, disconnection and uncertainty among young Australians, the project creates a safe and inclusive space for young people to explore identity, belonging, purpose and self-expression through creativity and shared storytelling.
