Join us for a gentle mix of mindful workshops designed to support wellbeing and creativity: 12-18 years
🎨 Art Therapy Workshop – express yourself and let your creativity flow. Monday 27th
🧘 Meditation Sessions – discover calm and clarity through guided mindfulness. Wednesday 29th 4.30pm
🪑 Chair Yoga Class – gentle movement for every body and every level. Thursday 30th 430pm
