GRACEX

GRACEX is a psychosocial risk management platform built for Australian small and medium sized businesses with 40 to 200 employees. Under current work health and safety legislation, business leaders carry a positive duty to manage psychosocial hazards, yet most organisations in this size range lack the infrastructure to do so in a structured, ongoing way. GRACEX operates entirely inside Microsoft 365, combining weekly wellbeing content, anonymous employee surveys reviewed by a human organisational psychologist, and leadership reporting into a single system that helps organisations identify, monitor, and respond to psychosocial risk before it becomes a workers compensation claim, a regulatory finding, or a preventable resignation.

For many growing businesses, the true cost of unmanaged psychosocial risk is distributed across rising claims premiums, persistent staff turnover, lost productivity, and a workforce that disengages quietly rather than raising concerns. Founder Roland Illyes spent 15 years managing large scale transformation programs in the telecommunications sector, where a corporate restructure left him covering six simultaneous roles with no mechanism for the organisation to recognise or respond to the risk it had created. That experience is the reason GRACEX was built: to give business leaders ongoing visibility into the human factors that affect operational resilience, and a defensible record that they acted on what they found.
