GRACEX is a psychosocial risk management platform built for Australian small and medium sized businesses with 40 to 200 employees. Under current work health and safety legislation, business leaders carry a positive duty to manage psychosocial hazards, yet most organisations in this size range lack the infrastructure to do so in a structured, ongoing way. GRACEX operates entirely inside Microsoft 365, combining weekly wellbeing content, anonymous employee surveys reviewed by a human organisational psychologist, and leadership reporting into a single system that helps organisations identify, monitor, and respond to psychosocial risk before it becomes a workers compensation claim, a regulatory finding, or a preventable resignation.

Founder Roland Illyes spent 15 years managing large scale transformation programs in the telecommunications sector, where a corporate restructure left him covering six simultaneous roles with no mechanism for the organisation to recognise or respond to the risk it had created.
