Living with Anxiety: Online Peer Support Group is a free, weekly space for people living with anxiety to connect with others who understand. Anxiety can be isolating, especially for those living regionally, caring for others, retired, in recovery, managing chronic health conditions, taking time away from work or study, or finding it hard to leave the house. This group offers a safe and calm, peer-led space where you can feel a little less alone in anxiety. There’s no pressure to speak. You’re welcome to listen, share, or simply be present. We meet via Zoom every Tuesday from 1 to 2pm.
