  • Thank you for your interest in volunteering with WayAhead. Volunteers play a vital role in our communities and we are grateful for the time and support that you are willing to provide to us. All volunteer and student placements applications are reviewed with consideration of our current opportunities. The information that you provide will be stored in confidence under the provisions of the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012. Your completed form will be held securely and confidential. Only authorised staff will have access to your information.
  • Person with a lived experience of mental illness are strongly encouraged to apply. Persons who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, from a culturally and linguistically diverse background or who identify as LGBTQI are strongly recommended to apply.
  • Please specify hours or days
  • Select as many as you wish
  • *Please note people interested in volunteering for Support Groups are asked to commit to a minimum of 18 months.
  • e.g. Word, Excel, Survey Monkey, Adobe Suite, Share Point etc.
  • Please note that our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Note. Some opportunities require a minimum time commitment, e.g. Board level roles

  • Resume must include the name and contact details of two referees who can comment on or verify the skills that you have declared.
