DESCRIPTION:2-day workshop with a trauma-informed\, strengths-based and evidence-informed approach\, focusing on connection\, belonging\, resilience\, inclusion\, help-seeking and wellbeing. Activities include interactive connection activities\, mental health myth-busting\, guided journalling\, collaborative art and a whole-project showcase.\nA key LGBTQIA+ component is the inclusion of a lived-experience presentation from a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and Fairfield Liverpool LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Network. The speaker will share their experience of resilience\, recovery\, help-seeking\, accessing Lifeline support and the importance of supportive relationships\, community and belonging.
