SUMMARY:The Sound of Connection
DESCRIPTION:The Sound of Connection is a free Mental Health Month community event that brings people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities together through the shared experience of music. Led by a registered music therapist\, participants will enjoy interactive music activities\, group discussions\, and opportunities to connect in a safe and welcoming environment. The event aims to reduce social isolation\, encourage meaningful conversations about mental wellbeing\, and promote community connection in line with the 2026 Mental Health Month theme\, “A Little Connection Goes a Long Way.” Everyone is welcome.
