Established in 1932, WayAhead Mental Health Association Ltd. is a registered charity with a vision for a society that understands, values and actively supports the best possible mental health and wellbeing for all people. We do this through a range of work that is primarily focused on:
- the provision of mental health information
- support programs
- co-ordination of mental health promotion activities such a Mental Health Month and healthy workplaces.
By retaining a strong outcomes focus we are able to demonstrate to our government and non-government partners, and to all our other stakeholders, the value of the work we do as we ‘live out’ our values and work to achieve our vision
We have undertaken significant change over the past few years working within a shared office called Collective Purpose, promoting collaboration and taking a leading role in the expansion of the Collective Purpose model
To ensure we reflect our vision for the future the WayAhead Board of Directors is seeking to fill three Board Director vacancies for a three-year term. Nominations close on Monday 15th October.
