CIAO aims to strengthen connection to self\, peers and community\, supporting positive mental wellbeing and a stronger sense of belonging. \nSession 1 will explore identity\, personal strengths and belonging through guided journaling\, creative art activities and shared reflection.\nSession 2 will bring everyone together for a relaxed community celebration featuring a creative showcase\, hands-on activities and open-mic sharing\, with friends and allies welcome to join.
