DESCRIPTION:The Online OCD Support Group Support Group is a free\, monthly space for people living with OCD to connect with others who understand. OCD can be isolating\, especially for those living regionally\, caring for others\, retired\, in recovery\, managing chronic health conditions\, taking time away from work or study\, or finding it hard to leave the house. This group offers a safe and calm\, peer-led space where you can feel a little less alone. There’s no pressure to speak. You’re welcome to listen\, share\, or simply be present. We meet via Zoom every 4th Monday of the month from 7pm to 9pm (Sydney/Melbourne time).
